Privacy and cookie policy
In short: Spider Astro has no accounts, never asks for your name, and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your settings stay in your own browser. When you use some features, certain data is sent to outside services, as described below.

- No user accounts; it never asks for your name, surname, phone number or email to use it.
- It sets no cookies of its own and uses no visitor analytics or advertising as of the effective date.
- It does not upload your camera image or sky photos.
3) Data stored in your own browser
Stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to our server: language, text size, Listen-mode options, map options, planner settings and, in the Thai version only, the birth date, time and place you enter on the horoscope pages. You can delete it with the “🗑️ Delete my data” button in Listen mode, or clear the site data in your browser.
4) Data sent to outside services
When you use these features, your browser contacts the outside services directly. They can see your IP address and have their own policies.

5) Data on this site's server
- Chat helper: files named with a SHA-256 hash of the IP address hold the times of requests in the last 10 minutes, to limit usage, plus a daily counter with no personal data. They are deleted automatically from time to time once older than 24–48 hours. We do not store the messages you type.
- Nearby places: a cache of results for the searched area, not linked to any person, deleted after 7 days.
- Web host logs: the hosting provider may record IP, time and page under its own system. We do not use them to track individuals.
6) Camera, microphone, location and sharing photos
Used only when you allow them. The camera image is shown and processed on your device and is not saved or uploaded. A photo leaves your device only when you choose to share it; if other people, especially faces, appear in it, ask permission first. Your device location is used only to fetch the forecast for that spot.
7) Children
This site does not ask for children's personal data. If a parent finds that a child entered personal details, they can delete them with the delete button or contact us.
8) Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to the use of your data and withdraw consent, and to complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. Because this site does not link data to individuals, we may not be able to find data about you specifically. Contact us using the details above.
9) Security and changes
We use basic measures such as encrypted connections (https) and not storing messages, but no system is completely secure. If we later add advertising, analytics or accounts, we will update this policy and ask for consent before use where the law requires.
